We have a fast and effective delivery service. We use a real time stock system on our site so any product you order is in stock ready for dispatch. We have a warehouse full of products ready to be dispatched the day you order them.

Any order placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Warehouse staff works Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (Excluding Bank Holidays) an order placed outside of these times will be shipped next working day.

When you place an order you will be sent an e-mail stating we have received your order.

Because your items are In Stock we can offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs and budget.

The currier we use for all our customers is Royal Mail because we find them to be the most efficient and cost effective.

1.       The cost of this service is £3.95

2.       Royal Mail gives a 2-3 day delivery time on this service. From our experience 99% of the time this is accurate, however we must state that this is not a guaranteed delivery time.

3.       This service requires a signature on delivery; this is to let us know you have received the order safely. If no one is in at the time of delivery Royal Mail will post a card through your door and you can either arrange a re-delivery or collect the package from you designate collection point?

1.       The cost of this service is £5.95

2.       This service is guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day.

3.       When using this service you will be required to sign for your good upon delivery. If you are not in at the time of delivery the Royal Mail will post a card through your door and you can either arrange a re-delivery or collect you package from your nearest collection point.

1.       The cost of this service is £7.95

2.       This service is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm on Saturday.

3.       Please use this service if you are ordering on Friday and you want your goods for next day.

What is Included in the Postage Charge

We use the same postage rate for everybody; it is an average price that an order would cost to send out. We do not make a profit from postage. Included the price that it would cost for the Royal Mail to deliver your items. We do not charge VAT on postage.

Addressing you Package

We use labels and a basic font to address your package and make sure the Royal Mail can clearly read the address. The address is taken from the delivery address field you filled out in the order form. As such it is your responsibility to make sure the address is correct. We will not be liable for any package you do not receive because you have typed in the wrong address or postcode.

Disclaimer

We do not accept any liability for packages once they have left our premises. If the Royal Mail loose or fail to deliver a package we will work on your behalf to gain compensation but do not accept any responsibility.
