Delivery Options
We have a fast and effective dispatch service. We use a real time stock system on our site so any product you order is in stock ready for dispatch. We have a warehouse full of products ready to be dispatched the day you order them.
All Orders Placed Before 1:30pm Will Be Dispatched That Sameday!
Any order placed after 1:30pm will be dispatched on the next working day. (Excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends) any order placed outside of these times will be shipped next working day. Please note we only deliver to addresses in the UK and Europe.
When you place an order you will be sent an e-mail stating we have received your order.

What is Included in the Postal Charge
The postage charge is in line with the charge made to us by our couriers for the relevant service. Please note that V.A.T is not charged on any of our delivery options.
Addressing your Package
We use labels and a basic font to address your package to ensure that the courier can clearly read the address. The address is taken from the delivery address field you fill out in the order form. As such it is your responsibility to make sure the address is correct. We will not be liable for any package you do not receive because you have typed in the wrong address or postcode or not ensured that there is a responsible adult available to sign for your package at the delivery address on the days arranged.
