We have a fast and effective dispatch service. We use a real time stock system on our site so any product you order is in stock ready for dispatch. We have a warehouse full of products ready to be dispatched the day you order them.

All Orders Placed Before 3pm Will Be Dispatched That Sameday!

Any order placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day. (Excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends) any order placed outside of these times will be shipped next working day. Please note we only deliver to addresses in the UK.

When you place an order you will be sent an e-mail stating we have received your order.

Because your items are In Stock we can offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs and budget.


Guaranteed 2 - 4 Day Delivery 

1.      The cost of this service is £4.95

2.    We Guarantee that your parcel will be delivered within 4 Working Days (i.e does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays). However experience shows that many customers receive delivery quicker but only a 4 day delivery can be guaranteed.

This service requires a signature, therefore please ensure that;

A. The delivery address given has a responsible adult in attendance during the 2 day period.
B. Use the "Notes for Delivery" section when choosing your delivery option at checkout.

If for any reason delivery is attempted within the period and a signatory is not available a card will be left advising you of the action the courier will take to help you obtain your package.


Next Day Guarenteed 

1.       The cost of this service is £6.95

2.       This service is guaranteed to arrive by the end of the next working day.

3.       We Guarantee that your parcel will be the Next Working Day (ie does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays)

Next Day Service means that any order placed by 3pm one day will arrive by the end of the following day. (see also Fast Delivery section above) 

This Service requires a signature, therefore please ensure that a responsible adult is available to receive you parcel at the delivery address.

1.       The cost of this service is £8.95

2.       This service is guaranteed to arrive before 2pm on Saturday.

3.       Please use this service if you are ordering on Friday and you want your goods for next day.

4.       When using this service you will be required to sign for your goods upon delivery. If you are not in at the time of delivery the Royal Mail will post a card through your door and you can either arrange a re-delivery or collect you package from your nearest collection point.   

What is Included in the Postage Charge

The postage charge is in line with the charge made to us by our couriers for the relevant service. Please note that V.A.T is not charged on any of our delivery options. 

Addressing your Package

We use labels and a basic font to address your package to ensure that the courier can clearly read the address. The address is taken from the delivery address field you fill out in the order form. As such it is your responsibility to make sure the address is correct. We will not be liable for any package you do not receive because you have typed in the wrong address or postcode or not ensured that there is a responsible adult available to sign for your package at the delivery address on the days arranged.
