We have designed our site to make purchasing our products easy, just browse our products and add the desired items to your basket. Once you have finished click the checkout button at the top of the screen. You will then be asked to fill out some basic information so we can send your items to you. 

Our team are only to happy to take your order by telephone, we have a good sales team that will answer your call and queries, quickly and efficiently.  Please feel free to call us on 01743 468510 and place your order by phone. We understand that other websites may charge for this service but we do not.

Once you have filled out your order form you will be asked to pay for your goods. We have several payment options:

 Pay by card online through our secure browser. (By using this method your payment details are kept secure and funds will only be taken from your account once your goods have been dispatched.)  

Send a Cheque (If you pay by this method please allow time for your cheque to clear. Goods will only be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.)

 Over the Phone (we are happy to receive orders by phone at no extra cost.) 

We do not believe an item should be on sale if it is not in stock. Having our products in stock and ready to ship out the day they are ordered allows us to offer you a good service and fast delivery.

It works on a real time stock control system; once an item has been purchased the stock control automatically adjusts to the new level.

 You can shop in confidence knowing that the item you have purchased is there and ready to be shipped. You will not be able to order an item that is not in stock.

If you still wish to purchase an item that is not in stock please call our customer service line on 01743 468 510 and they will be happy to advise on delivery times and place an order for you. 

Product images on our site are used to give the customer the best possible representation of the products. We try to keep the product images up to date, and as close to the description as possible. The colours on the product images may vary slightly to their actual colour depending on your computers settings and screen resolutions. Please use the description to get an accurate representation of the product. We do not take responsibility for how you perceive the product based on the product image.

All our images are protected by copywriter. Permission has been obtained to use all product images. Taking images from our site without prior consent breaches copywriter laws. 

V.A.T is charged at 20% on all of our products and is included in the price. V.A.T is not charged on any postage costs. If you require a separate V.A.T receipt please contact us and we will provide one for you.
